Our Oregon based plumbing services stretches to many of the surrounding areas west of Salem. These include: Dallas, Independence, Lincoln City, and Newport. To the east, we routinely visit Stayton, Sublimity, Aumsville, Turner, Mill City and Detroit. We also service locations as far east as Sisters, Redmond, Prineville and Bend! Our southern neighbors include Jefferson, Scio, Lebanon, Albany, Covallis and even our friends down in Eugene and Springfield. Although we do some work in Portland, we like to focus on cities in the closer proximity to Salem such as Woodburn, Silverton, Wilsonville, Newberg, and McMinnville.
As a glimpse into our history, we are a 3rd Generation family owned business. We started as a mechanical contractor located in Salem, OR serving Plumbing, HVAC, Sheet Metal, Heating, Air Conditioning, Fire Sprinkler, Boiler and Mechanical service needs in the Willamette Valley. Starting in 1948 as an Iron Fireman Oil Furnace Dealership, it quickly grew into a full service Commercial and Residential Mechanical Construction Company.
CJ & Ruth Hansen actively operated the business until 1974. This is when CJ became highly active in National Industry Association efforts (PHCC). Soon after, he would go on to serve as the National President. At that time, their son, CW (Bill) Hansen P.E. (OSU 1961, Engineering), took over active leadership of the business. He is especially active in the daily operation of the business to this day. Finally, you can read more about the history here.
